Abstract

An incubator, with a refined language and a resounding character, whose interior houses the programmatic complexity of an office building prepared to function in a time in constant change, with a variety of spaces that allow different ways of working and numerous complementary activities to those of the company itself.

FLEXIBILITY AND ADAPTABILITY
In a time of constant change, the most sustainable concept in an office building becomes adaptability, with flexible, multipurpose spaces that are easy to reconfigure.
Designing an optimal workspace consists of offering a variety of spaces that support different ways of working and being.

FUNCTIONALITY
The contemporary workspace must meet the required program and, at the same time, empower it. It is more than just a place for individual work and focus. Working today also means meeting, sharing information between teams, talking and discovering new ideas.
